Before you join

How the soft launch works

We're starting with a lean soft launch, on purpose. We will handpick a first group we can serve well instead of promising everyone a ride on day one. Here's what happens after you sign up, so nothing about the timeline surprises you.

1
Sign up now
It’s free. Tell us your route, your days and your times. That’s all we need to start looking for your match. It’s a waitlist, not a booking, and you don’t pay anything now.
2
Matching runs in September
We pair people going the same way and line up drivers, route by route. Unfortunately this will also mean that not everyone gets matched. Selection is about route fit and not about who signed up first.
3
Confirmed for October
If we can run your month, we will contact you and then you can confirm your place and set up your rides for the October 2026 soft launch. That is when you will confirm and we will collect the payment at that point.

Who gets picked first

Selection of the rides is about route fit, so there is no queue to jump. A Direct ride has its own car, so it doesn't need a pair, so Direct passengers are likely to start earliest.

Share and Share+ are pooled, so we pair you with one other person going your way, and you're invited once we find your match. If we can't run your month yet, we'll say so honestly, and you pay nothing while you wait.

For signing up early

  • You keep your soft-launch rate when we move to full launch.
  • You get first consideration at full launch.

Driving with us

You need a current PDVL or TDVL to join the driver waitlist. That's the one thing we check up front. If your licence is still on the way, leave your email on our separate licence list and we'll keep you posted. The availability you give us now is a preference, not a roster. We only will confirm real dates with you closer to October. Founding drivers get our best rate, locked for the pilot.

No payment now. We'll contact you before the soft launch either way.
